We want every customer to feel they received value. Because our work is custom and time-based, the following rules apply:

Layout Analysis & Ask a Question

• A full refund is available before we begin working on your reading.
• Once a reading is delivered, refunds are not available, but we will rework or clarify your reading at no extra charge if anything is unclear or inaccurate.

Ebooks

• Ebooks are digital products. Once a download link is issued, the order is non-refundable.
• If you experience a download or access issue, write to support@vastudekho.com and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email support@vastudekho.com from the same address used to place the order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 working days.
